The mission of Connections Community Services is to be a leading provider of programs and services that are responsive to the diverse needs of children, youth and families.

We will work towards a better tomorrow by connecting our community and supporting our children, youth and families to thrive and reach for their dreams.

2024 Workshops

Pre-Employment Workshops 

Join us every Saturday from 10am-12pm for our pre-employment workshops!

Time: Every Saturday from   10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Weekly Wednesday Drop-in Sessions

Join us every Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM for program drop-ins at our offices!  

Time: Every Wednesday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Location: Connections Community Services Society at #110-5751 Cedarbridge Way, Richmond, BC  V6X2A8

Enjoy snacks, drinks, arts & crafts, games, and more. We hope to see you there! 

Student Connect – High School Program

Join us on Fridays from 3:45 PM to 5:30 PM for food, friends, and wellness activities through our after-school group for high school students!

Generations Homework Club

The Generations Homework Club is a mentorship and a one-to-one homework support for students in Grades 4 – 7. The program helps individuals build up their social skills, self-esteem, and confidence while working and helping with homework. 

Time: 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Sessions available below: 

  • Monday – Virtually via Zoom 
  • Tuesday – Richmond Public Library 
  • Thursday – Trinity Western University (Lansdowne Mall Centre)

Tutoring Volunteer Opportunity

Become a tutor for elementary school students! Volunteers must have completed grade 10 or higher, and can be currently in high school, university, graduates, or community professionals. 

Time: 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Commitment: Choose one of the following or all 

  • Monday – Virtually via Zoom 
  • Tuesday – Richmond Public Library 
  • Thursday – Trinity Western University (Lansdowne Mall Centre)
